The Terra Gator was most likely the second ATV ever produced with an introduction in 1962, just two years behind the early production Jigers. Andy Stewart, Inc., or ASI for short, manufactured the ATV with distribution through Halvorson Equipment, Inc. of Duluth, Minnesota. The price for a 1963 model cost $1,595.
From a glance, the Terra Gator greatly resembles a Jiger. Early model Jigers did not feature a headlight molded into the body, nor did the Terra Gator.
