The Skipper was made in Mississauga, Ontario Canada by ATV Manufacturing Limited as a side project for the family business. They attended the NATVA racing events with a factory team. Skipper was renown for drag racing thanks to experiences in tuning their snowmobile clutches. Once the market began to take a dip, the family stopped Skipper production and continued with other business ventures.
