Prepare your Mudd-Ox for this Winter!
First Snowfall this Season
Indiana, our home base, received its first snow for the 2019-2020 winter season. This was a prime opportunity to showcase two completely different Mudd-Ox XL setups with our 85″ wide snow plow:
- Green: steering wheel controls, canvas cab, heater on our prototype 26x18x12″ Vendetta tires
- Red: traditional dual lever controls, aluminum cab, windshield wiper, heater on 20″ wide Ripsaw tracks
Both machines perform excellent as winter workhorses. With hydrostatic drive, XL can instantly change directions and clear a parking lot much quicker than a traditional pickup truck. Eight wheels provide incomparable traction. Mudd-Ox can serve both recreational and commercial snow plowing needs.
It’s not uncommon for our customers to finish plowing their driveways in no time, then plow the rest of the neighborhood just for fun!
Snow Plow – 85″
Fits: All models
Description: This is a straight blade plow designed in-house. The front winch is connected to the plow, providing power up/down of the blade from directly in the operator’s seat. Side to side tilt is set by a lever outside the vehicle. Total 85” wide. Adds 25.5” length with blade up, 27.5” blade down.
Snow Plow – Boss Power V-Blade
Fits: All models
Description: The V-Blade plow provides ultimate versatility. Each direction of the plow is controlled directly from the operator’s seat including up/down, side to side, and blade configuration. In the center section of the blade is a hinge. This allows for unlimited angles ranging from a straight blade to a “V” shape.
