Penguin was extremely early to the ATV scene with manufacturing beginning in 1962 by Pengor Ltd in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. The lineup traded hands to Wheeler Mobile Ltd. of Keswick, Ontario and lastly Bolens in the USA. History has been extensively documented by Kevin Percy and can be viewed on his website here.
